TECHNICAL SUPPORT JR. ENGINEER

 Responsibility

• Investigation, handling and evaluation of customer complaints
• Evaluation of the quality of competitors' products
• Provide knowledge about the product to customers or prospective customers

Requirements:

• Male, max 32 years old
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Chemical or Industrial Engineering from reputable university, with min. GPA 2.75 (4 scale)
• Experience in converting industry is preferable, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Understanding implementation of 7 QC tools
• Excellent written and verbal ability in English
• Have knowledge of computer literature, good communication and analytical skills
• Have strong personality, high initiative, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta / Cikampek, West Java
